Account Terms
A credit reference is required for New Accounts or payment can be made by credit card or check pre-payment. Payment terms for established accounts are payment due upon receipt of goods. We accept MasterCard, Visa, account checks, wire transfers and money orders. A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Prices
All product prices are FOB Emigsville, PA at the current published prices in effect when shipped. All orders received are subject to approval by Yorktowne Optical Company. For wholesale and professional office purchases: All pre-pack assortments or "free" display deals will be charged at the published list.

Claims
Product claims for damage or shortages must be made to Yorktowne Optical Company within 5 days of order receipt.

Returns and Exchanges
Any returned product must be in complete resalable condition and less than one year old. A return authorization number must be obtained from Yorktowne Optical Company prior to returning any merchandise. The original invoice is required on all returns. A return will not be authorized for any discontinued product, private label product or packaging, kits, displays or sales aids. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on approved return merchandise over 30 days old. Credit or exchanges will be processed for any shipment errors or defective merchandise within 30 days of order receipt. We look forward to working with you!
